How does shipping work? partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. We work with the best suppliers carefully selected so that you'll find in our store only the best quality products.

This means that your order is shipped from our warehouses or suppliers all around the world from countries such as China, the United States of America, etc. 

Unfortunately, some of the global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Due to our partnership with different suppliers all around the world, you may receive your order in separate packages, in order for you to receive your products as soon as possible, rather than collecting the packages from different suppliers to one of our warehouses and send them all in one package to you, thus receiving your products later than you normally would. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 8-14 days to arrive, but the feedback from our customers is that it is worth the wait. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. :)

What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.

How do we contact you with press inquiries?

All cancellations must be made within 24hrs of initial purchase.  You must contact us within the first 24hrs, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24hrs after purchase. 

Due to the nature of our custom products, every order is "made to order". Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24hrs.
